SpreadLight ($Light) is the most transparent charity token, built on the BNB Smart Chain. Its purpose is simple: make giving effortless, transparent, and unstoppable. Every buy and sell of $Light carries a 4% charity tax that flows to a charity fund supporting verified nonprofit partners helping people, animals, and the planet.

Where traditional charity is often opaque, donors rarely see where money goes, SpreadLight settles every contribution on a public blockchain. Donations are visible, verifiable, and permanent. This whitepaper outlines the vision, mechanism, tokenomics, charity model, roadmap, and trust architecture behind the project.

Global generosity is enormous, yet trust in charitable giving is fragile. Donors face three persistent problems:

• Opacity. Once money leaves a donor's hands, its path is nearly impossible to trace. How much reached the cause? How much was lost to overhead?

The 4% charity mechanism

Each buy or sell of $Light applies a 5% tax: 4% is routed to a dedicated charity wallet (the charity fund) and 1% is added to locked liquidity for lasting market stability. Because the logic lives in the token contract, giving is automatic: no donor has to remember, decide, or fill anything out. The more the community transacts, the more the fund grows.

From fund to impact

On a recurring basis, accumulated funds are converted and disbursed to verified charity partners. Each disbursement is published, amount, recipient, date, and transaction, so anyone can follow the money from wallet to cause. Our first campaign delivered $143 of Christmas gifts to children in Nigeria in partnership with Cultural Difference Foundation and Crypto4her, with photographic and on-chain proof.

Proof of impact

The project's first donation, $143 in December 2025, funded Christmas gifts for dozens of children in Nigeria, delivered through the Cultural Difference × Crypto4her partnership. A second donation, $200 in August 2026, funded a Community Food Drive providing meals to families in need, again through Cultural Difference × Crypto4her and verifiable on BscScan. Photographs and on-chain records for both are published on the SpreadLight site, $343 delivered so far. This "proof-before-promise" standard applies to every campaign: charity partner, amount, date, and transaction are always disclosed.
